2009 Summer Institute
July 29, 2009, Oakland, CA

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The California Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board voted 6-0, May 21, 2009 to adopt a new Aerosol Transmissible Diseases (ATD) regulation (Section 5199) that requires employers to protect healthcare workers and others in high-risk pathogen job assignments.
