Comprehensive Review of Industrial Hygiene

2009 Summer Institute
July 27-31, 2009, Oakland, CA

DESCRIPTION

This course is designed to provide a comprehensive review of the field of industrial hygiene for practicing industrial hygienists with extensive experience. It will help prepare those planning to take the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) CIH Examination to become a certified industrial hygienist. The course includes lectures by highly qualified faculty and a unique presentation on study techniques. Participants will also receive a set of course materials and references that will aid them in their exam preparation. An extensive section of practice questions is provided in the course materials.

While the course is specifically designed to assist practicing industrial hygienists in preparing for the ABIH examination, all industrial hygienists who are interested in a comprehensive review of the entire field are encouraged to attend. The course is not intended for entry level professionals. Abilities in basic mathematics and chemistry are presumed.
